Genshin Impact Adds New Feature to The PC Version

Genshin Impact, the massively popular free-to-play action RPG developed by miHoYo, is getting an update that will add support for the PS5 DualSense Edge controller on PC. Genshin Impact supports PlayStation 5 DualSense and Xbox Series X|S controllers on PC, but the recently released DualSense Edge controller was missing from the list of supported devices.

The update is expected to arrive this April, and once released, players who wirelessly connect a DualSense Edge controller to their PC will be able to change key bindings and adjust angle sensitivity. However, HoYoverse did not provide a specific date and time for the upcoming PC update, stating that further optimizations are being made to ensure compatibility for the DualSense Edge.

Genshin Impact New Feature to be added, Controller Supports on PC and Possible Keybinding

While the PC version of Genshin Impact will soon support the DualSense Edge controller, it is uncertain if the iOS version will also receive the same support. Currently, Genshin Impact supports DualShock 4, Xbox Wireless, and Xbox Elite Wireless Series 2 controllers on both PC and iOS, but the iOS version lacks DualSense support. Furthermore, Android users continue to express their frustration over the lack of controller support in the game.

Despite this, Genshin Impact fans have much to look forward to, as the game is regularly updated with new features, content, and optimizations. The upcoming version 3.6 update is expected to arrive next month, and fans can catch a special program live stream before its release.
