Left 4 Dead 3 Is In The Making? Spotted in CS2 Files

As many of us already know, Counter-Strike 2 has been officially announced and is undergoing limited testing before its release. This limited testing allows the community to access files that run in the game, and a fan recently discovered coding references for “Left4Dead3” or Left 4 Dead 3 in one of these files.

Reddit user PaP3s uploaded the findings to the Steam subreddit, which was quickly flooded with upvotes and comments from other redditors. The most notable part of the discovered code is the “priority” section, which is written as “none,” indicating that Left4Dead3 may still only be a plan at this time.

Of course, this is not the first time we’ve heard rumors about Left4Dead3. However, given Valve’s surprise announcement of Counter-Strike 2, it’s possible that they could do the same for Left4Dead3 in the future.

In case you missed it, Valve recently announced that Counter-Strike 2 will be a free upgrade for CS:GO players. Additionally, rumors have been circulating that a CS:GO 2 beta will be released later this month. On the other hand, the latest CS:GO weapon skins have been accused of plagiarizing artwork.

In other news, fans can now play Counter-Strike directly in their browsers without needing to download an application. Unfortunately, Myanmar’s Yangon Galacticos Dota 2 team was recently disqualified from competitive play for using scripts.

As the gaming community eagerly anticipates the release of Counter-Strike 2, it remains to be seen whether Left4Dead3 will become a reality. Regardless, fans will continue to speculate and search for any clues or hints from Valve.
