Rumor Genshin Impact 3.8 is Going to Gives Klee and Kaeya Skins

Genshin Impact, one of the most popular action RPGs of recent years, is rumoured to be adding two new character skins to the game. According to a new leak, players can expect to see Mondstadt’s Kaeya and Klee receive their first skins in the upcoming 3.8 patches, which are expected to launch sometime in the summer, likely in July.

Genshin Impact has released eight different skins since it first releases a new skin back in Version 1.5. Each new skin addition to Genshin Impact has come as a pair with one for purchase in the in-game store and one for free by playing through a limited-time event.

Skin sets have also featured one character who is more readily available as part of each pair, such as Ningguang, and Lisa, who are available through events or as a starter character.

New Genshin Impact Skins for Klee and Kaeya

The leak about the new skins comes from Ray, a trusted Genshin Impact leaker. Ray revealed a pair of sketches for the upcoming skins of Klee and Kaeya, along with some details about Version 3.8’s main event.

Klee’s new skin features the Pyro Catalyst user donning a witch’s outfit, with Klee featuring prominently in both Version 1.8 and 2.8’s events. Kaeya will become the second of the four starter characters to receive skin, with an outfit appearing to be inspired by his roots in Khaenri’ah.

Version 3.8 is also expected to be Genshin Impact’s last update before the introduction of the game’s next major region of Fontaine. With new characters, new areas, and potential new skins, HoYoverse is looking to close out Genshin Impact’s Sumeru chapter with a bang.

Genshin Impact is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices, with a Switch version currently in development.
