Oppo’s Reno12 series has been updated with the addition of a new smartphone, the Reno12 F. Originally, the series included two models, Reno12 and Reno12 Pro, but now there are three.
Key Features of Oppo Reno12 F
The Oppo Reno12 F is powered by the Dimensity 6300 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Storage can be expanded via a microSD card. It runs on ColorOS 14.0.1, based on Android 14, and includes several AI features like AI Recording Summary, AI Summary for text, AI Writer, and AI Speak.
Display and Design
The Reno12 F features a 6.67-inch 120Hz FHD+ OLED display, protected by AGC DT-Star2 glass. It also has a fingerprint reader underneath and can be used even when wet. The display includes a centered punch-hole for the 32MP front camera.
On the back, the phone has a large circular camera module, similar to the Oppo Find N3’s design. This module includes a lighting ring called Halo Light and is designed with inspiration from luxury watches, named the Cosmos Ring.
